AvL Technologies, a world-wide leader in satellite communications antennas is seeking an Industrial Design/Product Engineer/Mechanical Engineer for its Asheville, NC location.
The ideal candidate with have a degree in Mechanical/Product Design Engineering with a Master's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering. The position will be responsible for developing new product designs for a company providing small satellite antenna systems and other products for commercial and government users. The candidate will be expected to provide a full range of Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering skills in the development of these products. While we use SolidWorks as a computer design tool, it is expected that the successful candidate will have demonstrated ability and use of methods of design besides the computer.
