Vehicle-Mounted SNG Antenna Systems

AvL designs and manufactures vehicle-mounted antenna systems in 2.4M, 2.0M, 1.8M, 1.6M and 1.2M apertures featuring the patented Roto-Lok® cable drive that results in extraordinarily stiff, zero-backlash positioning for reliable SNG shots in the most difficult environments around the world or around the city. Combined with high-gain reflectors, these systems are precise and reliable to achieve the best performance possible.  

Available with a variety of options for controller (jog control or auto-acquisition,) HPA mounts (back of reflector, base, or boom), and feeds (C, Ku, Ka, and X), standard features on all models are low stow heights, high wind resistance, rugged environmental endurance, 400° azimuth range and handcranks. Cowlings are available for some apertures.

AvL antennas interface easily with all RF systems and are compliant with FCC requirements for 2° spacing as well as meet IntelSat, EutelSat, and PanAmSat criteria.
