AvL makes numerous types of 1.2m rugged vehicle-mount antennas, with options including ruggedized Ku-band, ruggedized Ku-band/Ka-band ready, enhanced wind tolerance, and high-speed operation with quick signal acquisition.

The 1.2m rugged vehicle-mount / driveaway antenna family includes the following models:

• Model 1200 is a rugged antenna with standard 2-port precision Ku-band feed or optional 2-port mode-matched Ku-band or 2-port L-band
• Model 1200HW is a rugged antenna with same feed options as Model 1200 plus enhanced wind tolerance
• Model 1210 is a rugged antenna with a 2-port precision Ku-band feed (standard cross-pol comp.); this antenna is band-configurable and 2-port Ka-band ready
• Model 1212 is a rugged Eutelsat-certified antenna with a 2-port mode-matched Ku-band feed (enhanced cross-pol comp.); this antenna is band-configurable and 2-port Ka-band ready
• Model 1212QA (quick acquire) offers the same feed options as Model 1212 plus high-speed operation and quick acquisition
