AvL's 1.8m Ku-band Mobile VSAT motorized antenna features a vehicle-mount pallet and a 1.8m AvL carbon fiber composite reflector. Model 1878 operates in Ku-band or C-band and in 30 mph (48 kph) winds gusting to 45 mph (72 kph).
